Hall Electrical Services are licensed Master Electricians offering comprehensive electrical services Auckland-wide. Services include repairs, installations, projects, and maintenance programmes. We cover residential, commercial and industrial applications.
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator / Accounts Clerk
to join our expanding team, based in Auckland's CBD.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Accounts payable / accounts receivable
- Processing invoices
- Processing cheques
- Control & ordering of stationary
- Daily banking
- Maintaining incoming/outgoing mail
- Other administrative duties as required
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- A high level of professionalism and pleasant phone manner
- Attention to detail, accuracy and excellent organisational skills
- An enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work in a teamwork environment
- Excellent computer skills with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
